Pictures with Santa

Last night the family went to Bass Pro Shop to get pictures with Santa. They have a whole wonderland display complete with reindeer, elves, and activities. The boys shot cross bows, shotguns and went ice fishing...all toys of course. Logan was not to thrilled to be sitting with Santa, but at least he did not scream. Tristan was kind enough to be in the picture with the boys! He is such a great big brother!!!

Logan, Mason and I spent Tuesday morning at Gulfcoast. The boys sat in Santa's chair and climbed on the sea animals. Mason was extremely photogenic, but Logan was too busy to smile for the camera. He are a few photos...hope you enjoy!

Fun in the Sun

I know that it is starting to get cold up in MI...so I thought that I would remind family how nice it is here in FL in hopes of enticing some visitors. Here are some pictures of the three boys in the pool (yes we went swimming today!) and some pictures at Lakes Park. (Sorry there is not very many pictures of Tristan...but he is usually at school during the park play dates.)

We had Mason dedicated Sunday evening. Pastor Reggie Dabbs performed the ceremony. We are grateful for the close family that was able to join us for this very important milestone in a growing baby's life. We know that there is lot of family around the county that will pray for him and would have loved to be here (Grandma Net)!

Update

Hello Friends and Family,

Sorry it has been so long since I have posted. Here is our update:

Tristan is doing well in school. He is making friends and hopefully learning a lot. He made the basketball team and Friday is his first game. He is very excited. He has been dribbling Logan's ball all through the house this evening.

Logan is learning new words everyday. He is talking up a storm. He especially loves talking on the phone...just ask Grandma Net. He can swim with just his vest now....no water wings. He loves that water, bath or pool!!!

Mason now has six teeth and is crawling all over the house. He loves his new freedom...Bryon and I think we need to invest in some gates!

Tristan is a huge help with the boys. Below is a picture of Tristan "helping" give the boys a bath!!! He figured that it would be easier if he just got in...he was getting wet anyways....YES HE HAS ON HIS SWIM SUIT!!!...LOL (Logan is brushing his teeth.)

I found some cute photos of both boys getting ready for their baths while I was digging around. Both of the boy are 3 months old at the time. I see some similarities....but not as uncanny as their hospital.

Look Alike

I was going through some pictures and I found out why it is so important to label your pictures. If it was not for the fact that when I run my mouse across the picture and the year shows up, I would not have known if it was a picture of Logan or Mason. Take a look and the two photos and see if you can tell them apart. Yes, they have the same outfit...but, never-the-less, I think that it looks like the same kid. (Logan's face is slightly larger, he was 8lb 8oz, Mason was only 7lb 5oz) I am going to do some more digging of pictures of when Logan was a baby to see if they still look as much alike at 6 months as they did at birth. Stay tuned...

Tooth Number 4

It is official...tooth number four is here! Of all the things Mason could do early...crawl...sit up...talk...he gets teeth early! Aunt Linda, you will be happy to know that we are brushing his teeth every morning and night! He loves it, just like Logan.

Mason Update

Thursday was a busy day for Mason. Tooth number 3 has surfaced...I am sure number 4 will quickly follow! We also learned that he is not allergic to bees. Not that we were really worried...just trying to look at the bright side of getting stung. He handled it like a man. He cried for a minute...whined for a few more...then quickly forgot about the whole ordeal.

Logan is 2 years old!!!

I cannot believe that Logan is now 2 years old! We had a small birthday party with family and friends at our new house to celebrate. Since Elmo is Logan's current love (sorry Wiggles) we did a Sesame Street theme. I am going to try and add a link to a slide show of his recent photo shoot! They took about 80 photos, and we narrowed it down from there. Hope you enjoy!

New Website

Hello family and friends. Things are starting to settle down so I thought that I should update the family web page since we have not posted anything since Mason was born back in January. However, the current web page is such a production that I was really turned off to the whole idea. Then came blogspot. I want to thank Megan for showing me this new web page...it is much easier to post updates and pictures. I will do my best to keep this page up to date.

NEWS: The move is almost complete....just have to finish organizing the garage! (Which I don't think it will ever really be "done") Tristan arrived on July 2nd and is here to stay. We are ecstatic that he decided to move down. He is an official snow bird...Florida August to June and will spend his summers back in Michigan! My niece Kali is here visiting for a few weeks also. Logan just turned 2 and is a hoot! Mason is getting big, he already has 2 teeth!
